‘Referred by’ column added to Analytics page
Records can be sorted and filtered by ‘Referred by’.
Users page added to manage DID assignment to the extensions
The new option allows users to sort and filter columns, export to Excel/PDF and update extensions to the assigned DID.
Calls can now redirect to personal/shared voicemail
When setting exceptions for a queue (timeout/overflow), two new options are available for voicemail to redirect the call to a personal or shared voicemail.
If a personal voicemail is selected, the option can be selected to use voicemail as a redirect.
If shared voicemail is selected, the company shared voicemail can be set, which is current available.
