New Partner Announcement
Code Software has partnered with Conversant.
Conversant Technology has signed an OEM agreement with Code Software adding the Clobba Suite of products onto the Conversant Technology, Voice for MS Teams Platform. Conversant Technology has seen an explosion in active users over the past year. As more users work remotely and distant working becomes the new normal, Conversant have seen a significant increase in the need for users and managers to understand and gain intelligence on what is happening across their Microsoft Teams environment, commented Patrick Copping, MD at Conversant Technology. Conversant will integrate Clobba into our existing platform, providing a complete package available direct or through our partner network. The Clobba suite will complement our existing services including Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams, Compliant Call recording, Contact Centre, Business Intelligence and AI services.

Microsoft Room System Usage
As some companies start returning to the office in the coming month (either on a full or part time basis) the use of Microsoft Room Systems will be on the increase. The latest feature added to Clobba allows for visibility of usage of room systems to ensure the return on investment and sight of general adoption trends. Daily usage stats can be seen and filters applied on date ranges and specific room systems.
Advanced Reporting and Analytics for Microsoft Teams with Code Software – Recording and Resources
On the 17th June Mark Armstrong (Director) and Steven Bruno (Director of Business Development) gave an overview of Clobba with Microsoft Collabcast. The session covered Clobba and how our software benefits companies who have moved to virtual working and need insights into productivity.
